This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Use governs your use of the Website.   3. Transfer of Personal Information.
    1. Consent for Users located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”): In order to access and use any Money Pages Website, Users in the EEA must agree to the following: To provide this Website and deliver the Website to you, we must transfer your Personal Information outside of the EEA to our affiliated firms and our third-party service providers located in the United States of America (“U.S.”). The European Commission has determined that allowing non-EU data controllers who are not members of the U.S.-E.U. Privacy Shield to transfer Personal Information from the EEA to the U.S. present various risks to the security of that Personal Information. You can withdraw your consent at any time and free of charge, but without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Under current data protection laws, Money Pages is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer as set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). However, we have appointed a Data Protection contact who you may contact with questions in relation to this Privacy Policy.
