Job Description:

Money Pages is seeking a motivated and experienced manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to launch our newest market. Money Pages is an integrated media company offering print, digital, and mobile advertising solutions to over a million residents across three states. Join our dynamic team by helping us grow our footprint with a full color monthly direct mail magazine and the latest in mobile apps and digital advertising. Each issue contains thousands of dollars in local savings for dozens of the best in local area businesses. As General Manager/Franchise Owner, you will work closely with business owners, decision makers, decision influencers and advertising agencies to create and implement successful advertising and marketing campaigns. You will recruit, hire, and motivate a small local sales team backed by the support of more than 50 employees at our Corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida.

  • College degree from accredited 4 year university
  • Advertising and marketing experience preferred

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Prospect new sales opportunities through direct marketing and monitoring other marketing channels to identify business owners that have an immediate need to get their message to the marketplace. Present solutions that help businesses meet their marketing goals using the full suite of Money Pages print, direct mail, and interactive products. Foster long term relationships with new and existing customers to help them continue to grow. Significant engagement with the local community, participation in networking groups and local events to build a strong referral network. Monitor and evaluate ad campaign performance to ensure maximum effectiveness. Monitor and develop account manager sales performance, conduct local sales training, assist in key account sales.
